The Wheel is a wheel-shaped formation made out of tall square pyramids. It can be constructed from any material. About two seconds after completing the correct shape it will detach itself from the connected face and turn into a dynamic object, same way as any object that is unattached by breaking it's connection by hand or by explosion.
The easiest way to build one is to place a tall square pyramid and keep pressing the duplicate shape button or the Q key.
